BREAKING: INEC declares APC winner of Osun Guber Polls, as PDP, Foreign Election Observers, Others kick

The Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC ) has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress ( APC) , Gboyega Oyetola, the winner of the Osun governorship election . INEC declared Oyetola the winner of the poll after the supplementary election held in seven polling units on Thursday. Oyetola had trailed the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP ) , Ademola Adeleke , by 353 votes going into the supplementary election .   A major election monitoring group has dismissed Thursday’s re-run election in Osun State as fraudulent and anti-democratic, calling for an immediate investigation into the the roles of government institutions who participated in it.
