Nigeria-Benin border closed to curb smuggling — Buhari

TOKYO – President Muhammadu Buhari has said that the partial closure of Nigeria’s border with the Benin Republic, was due to the massive smuggling activities, especially of rice, taking place on that corridor. NEWS FLAKES NG gathers that Uganda may just be having an increased number of HIV/Aids and other sexually transmitted diseases related cases after a report revealed that the East African nation is running short in the availability of condoms. According to the report, although the country’s ministry of health is denying it, people cannot get condoms easily when they need it. Yesterday, there was a ghastly accident involving a Dangote truck loaded with cements and a BRT bus.
