Abortion: Mother of four bled to death in Ebonyi

EBONYI – The Ebonyi State police command has confirmed the death of a 29-year-old mother of four, Mrs Chinasa Odah, from Inikiri Effium, Ohaukwu local government area of Ebonyi State, who administered drug for abortion giving to her by his suspected boyfriend, one Mgbada. According to DSP Loveth Odah, who confirmed the death noted that the woman bled to death at Sudan hospital on Saturday, August 24, leaving behind her four children. EFCC Arrest 12 Suspected Internet Fraudsters in Lagos Yahoo Yahoo School

LAGOS – The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested 12 suspected Internet fraudsters in Lagos. The suspects-Oluwaseun Ogunbunmi, Haruna Yusuf , Olubori Hassan, Wasiu Idowu, Basit Adeniran, Aina Olajuwon, Okafor Joseph, David Ado, Olamide Ogunseye, Opeyemi Ahmed , Monsuru Amao, Taiwo Rasak- were arrested on Thursday, August 29, 2019 in a rented three-bedroom apartment in the Ikotun area of Lagos, where they used as a Yahoo Yahoo school. Truck crushes OPay motorcycle operator to death

LAGOS – Barely 72 hours after a truck belonging to a cement company rammed into a BRT bus killing three and injuring many others in Lagos, another truck conveying cows yesterday crushed an operator of motorbike ride-hailing service, ORide (OPay), to death at Iyana-Itire bus-stop on the Oshodi-Apapa expressway. Man kills wife dumps body in pit latrine

A 36-year-old man who on Monday killed his wife and cut the body into pieces was himself lynched the following day, leaving their four children orphaned. Peter Ng’ang’a, of Lereshwa village in Kipipiri, Nyandarua County, stuffed the remains of Teresiah Wanjiru in a bag and dumped them in a pit latrine at a deserted nursery school. Ng’ang’a is said to have been assisted in committing the crime on Monday night by some unidentified people, one of them an Okada rider, popularly called bodaboda.
