ABUJA – Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday said that there was no Nigerian Constitutional requirement for him to hand over to Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo when he travelled to the United Kingdom on a private visit from April 25 to May 5, 2019.
