LAGOS – Lagos State Police Command Sunday said it rescued 19 pregnant girls from a ‘baby factory’ at Ayanwale area of Ikotun. Police spokesman Bala Elkana said the arrest was made on September 19. KENYA – The Centers for Disease Control Prevention is working on a HIV vaccine that could see an end to new HIV infections in Kenya. The vaccine – HPTN-081 – is an antibody-mediated prevention that involves giving antibodies to individuals to protect them from HIV infections. Tragedy: Late Night Fire Razes Many Shops In Lagos
