Man threatens to kidnap, murder boss

  The Police Command in Enugu State have arrested one Nnaji Nwabueze who allegedly threatens to kidnap and murder unsuspecting members of the public using text messages and the internet.  The Command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Ebere Amaraizu, who said this in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday in Enugu, added that the suspect demanded money from such people. Four die, 36 injured in Ogun auto crashes

OGUN – The Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) in Ogun has said that four deaths were recorded from 14 auto crashes within the state between Oct. 6 and Oct. 12. This was contained in a statement issued in Abeokuta on Saturday by Mr Babatunde Ajayi, the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, TRACE, who said that 36 other people sustained various degrees of injuries in the accidents. Plane carrying presidential staff, security personnel crashes

CONGO – A cargo plane carrying presidential staff has crashed in eastern Congo and all eight passengers and crew are feared dead. Nigerian Mother, Three Kids Die As Building Collapses in Lagos

LAGOS – A woman Mrs. Jumiah Utache and her children Faith, nine, Domino, two and one-year-old Daniel were on Saturday killed after a hilltop structure collapsed on their house in Magodo, Lagos.
