IGP promotes 66 police officers in Ogun

The Inspector-General of Police, Muhammad Adamu, has promoted 66 police officers in Ogun State for their dedication to crime-fighting. The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, Kenneth Ebrimson, said this on Friday at the state police headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta. Unidentified gunmen kill 19 people in central Nigeria

At least 19 people were killed by unidentified gunmen in a night-time raid on a rural community in central Nigeria on Friday, according to police.
