  NEWS FLAKES NG gathers that an Indian lawyer, Dinesh Parate, is facing a criminal contempt of court charge after he assaulted a Bombay High court judge, who had given a judgement,  he didn’t like. According to Afternoon Voice, Parate had accosted and slapped senior civil judge K R Deshpande outside a lift on the seventh floor of the Nagpur District and Sessions court around noon on Wednesday .
