Borno Gov Donates Sambisa Forest for RUGA

MAIDUGURI – Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara, has donated some parts of the enclave of the Boko Haram, Sambisa forest, for the controversial Rural Grazing Area (RUGA) programme.
