ABUJA – A 35-year-old man, Hamza Abdullahi has been arrested by operatives of the FCT Police Command for allegedly arranging his own kidnap. According to the police, the suspect arranged his kidnap in order to defraud his father. After arranging his kidnap, the suspect alongside his friend called his father and demanded N500,000 ransom. CAN members sent to deliver ransom to kidnappers abducted with money

KADUNA – The Kaduna State Chapter of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has said that two of its members sent to deliver ransom to kidnappers keeping the two children of a Kaduna-based bishop hostsge have been kidnapped with ransom. Kaduna CAN Chairman, Rev. Joseph Hayab stated this while speaking in Kaduna on Tuesday.
