Pandemonium in Ogun as elephants pursue villagers [SEE VIDEO]

IJEBU – There was pandemonium in Ijebu waterside area of Ogun state as a herd of elephants chased villagers who thronged the forest to catch a glimpse of the animal. A video posted on the Instagram page of “gossipmillnaija” showed the villagers catching a glimpse of the elephants and filming them. The fun however, turned ugly experience when the elephants in turn started to pursue the youths who were filming their movement. The youths were seen running helter skelter to safe their lives. BAUCHI – Twenty people were burnt to death in an auto accident along Potiskum-Sade Road in Misau Local Government Area of Bauchi State on Friday night. Flood destroys 300 houses, farmlands in Yobe

YOBE – No fewer than 300 houses and several farmlands have been destroyed by devastating floods in Ngalda, Yobe, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), reports. The floods, which followed days of persistent rainfall, also destroyed schools and livestock.
