

The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nigeria has soon exceeded the 8,000 mark as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has announced another 229 new cases of #COVID19 bringing the total of confirmed cases to 8,068 with 233 casualties as of late Monday night May 25, 2020.
However, latest figures from the Centre also revealed that a total of 2311 patients have so far been successfully treated of the virus and discharged to reunite with their families.
